                                                           Exeter Spitfires 2-14 Hurricanes

Alan Eldridge pitched a complete game gem                                                              holding the spitfires to just 2 runs off 1 hit.                                                                  Jamie Smith hit an inside the park homer,                                                                  whilst 1st Baseman Corey Hine and Catcher                                                              Jon Carter combined for a double play.

SEMI FINAL -                                                                                                               Hurricanes 22-14 Bristol Buccaneers

Robin Chappell toe'd the rubber for the semi                                                               final game and unfortunately found himself                                                                 being hit early on surrendering 10 runs off 7 hits, something which is very unlike him as all year he has been solid. Russell Fairman stemmed the bleeding coming in and pitching the final 4 innings giving up 4 runs (3 earned) off of 1 hit.

There were 4 RBI's apiece for Corey Hine, Jon Carter and Joe Brogan. 22 Runs off 9 hits sealed the deal.

FINAL -

Cambridge Royals 11-16 Hurricanes

Young James Fairman was handed the ball for the final against a very good Cambridge Royals side who earlier disposed of Milton Keynes Bucks where there recorded 24 hits. A daunting task for 15 year old Fairman, who rose to the occasion, staying focused, gave up just 6 runs off 4 hits over the 4 innings he pitched earning himself the win along with the MVP award.
